Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. You will only be charged when the goods are despatched. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch

Items Out of Stock may be ordered. These items will be forwarded separately and charged to your credit card when stock is received. In the UK only one postage charge is made per order- follow on items will be sent post free. Outside of the UK, postage will be charged at cost for follow on items.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We use a courier service throughout the UK and the Irish Republic, rates are:
£5.95 next day* delivery to Northern Ireland
£7.95 next day* delivery to Irish Republic
£11.95 next day* delivery to GB
£8.95 two day delivery to GB

If you require costs for worldwide delivery email us using the contact button at the top and we will provide costs.

*if an item is ordered before 1pm we will ship same day for next day delivery.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order right away. If an item is ordered before 1pm we will ship same day for next day delivery. Items out of stock will be placed on back order and supplied as soon as possible.

Pre orders
Our pre order is on items when a delivery date from manufacturer has been estimated or confirmed. No money will be debited from your card until the item is ready for shipping from ourselves. If a product is released more than three months after the purchase date we will contact you to confirm you still wish to proceed with the order.

Web price specials
We will offer special web only promotions on our site, these will be clearly marked WEB SPECIAL. These are promotional prices that are only available when ordering through the website and will not available at any time in store. Web specials will be for certain stock and we reserve the right to return to standard price at any time

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Faulty or damaged goods must be notified immediantly, these maybe returned to us within seven days of receipt providing that you have notified us before hand. Any goods returned must be returned to us in the condition they were received. The cost of packing and returning any goods will be the customers responsibility. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Remittance Terms
Unwanted goods are not returnable for refunds.
