13. Is There A Delivery Charge?
1. If your purchase is in stock you can expect your order within 3 - 5 working days maximum or you can have it posted by express next day delivery at an additional cost.

2. Breakages must be notified immediately upon receipt (within 3 days), insurance is only available on Express Guaranteed Postage. We may request a photograph or return of goods to substantiate the claim. No items may be returned to us without prior agreement. They will then be replaced or refunded.

3. Placing an order couldn�t be simpler, after searching for a product that you would like to buy, you can place an order by clicking the "BUY" button next to the item you wish to buy. When you have completed your shopping, click on the "CHECKOUT" button at the side of each page and this will bring you to the order form. Once in this page you will be asked to submit your personal information and payment details via our secure server. Alternatively you can place your order by telephone, by Fax or by emailing us. All this information is in our �contact us� section. top
4. Payment will leave your account immediately when you place your order. If the product is not in stock we will contact you to advise you of a delay and delivery date. At this stage you can choose to cancel your order and your card will be refunded. top

6. Sorry, no American Express.
We will be able to accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, switch and Delta, all payment methods are acceptable via paypal.

7. No all our transactions are made in GB Pounds.
Please note that our convertor is only updated once a week and will not always be accurate. It is only there to give an estimate of what you will be paying. The up to date amount will be debited from your account when you purchase online.

9. We endeavour to source high quality products to provide the best service possible to our customers, if there is a brand or specific product that is not in stock we will make every effort to obtain it for you through our vast range of contacts. top
10. All of our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty will be for at least one year from the date of supply of the goods to you, but any limitation on the warranty does not in any way affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) or otherwise. Problems with items kept for over a year will be dealt with on an individual basis and will involve repair or partial refund in line with the law. top

13. We offer free delivery when you spend over �150 but most individual items are subject to a subsidized delivery charge. These charges can be viewed if you click on our delivery information.
